Welcome to the Fihirana Tahiry user manual! This guide will help you understand the core functionalities of the software, designed to make projecting hymnal songs and Bible verses seamless and efficient for your services and gatherings.

System Requirements & Important Notes
Operating System: Fihirana Tahiry is designed to work exclusively on Windows operating systems.
Tested Versions: The software has been primarily tested and confirmed to work on Windows 10 and above. While it might run on older versions, compatibility and performance are not guaranteed.
Multiple Screens: Please be aware that when using Fihirana Tahiry with multiple screens, you might encounter some bugs or unexpected behavior. The developer is continuously working to improve compatibility.
Bug Reporting: If you experience any issues, especially with multi-screen setups, or have suggestions for improvement, please consider reaching out to the developer. You can typically find contact information or a support channel on the author's website.
Core Functionality: Displaying Content
The primary function of Fihirana Tahiry is to display selected songs or Bible passages onto your chosen screen.
- Selecting Content: Use the left sidebar to browse and select the song or Bible passage you wish to display (as seen in Fig 1 and Fig 2).
- Screen Selection: The software allows you to choose which screen (e.g., projector, secondary monitor) the content will be displayed on. Ensure your desired display is properly connected and configured in your computer's display settings.

Once content is selected and the screen is chosen, the output will appear, often with customizable backgrounds and text styles, as shown below.

Song Management
Searching for Songs
Fihirana Tahiry provides a powerful search feature to quickly find the songs you need.

- You can search for songs across various hymnals, including (but not limited to):
- Fihirana Malagasy
- Hymnes et Louanges
- FFPM
- And other available collections in your library.
- The search can be performed by title, song number, or keywords within the lyrics.
Editing Songs & Melodies
The software offers flexibility in managing your song library. (Specific UI for editing not shown in provided screenshots, but this functionality is available).
- Edit Existing Songs: Correct typos, modify lyrics, or update song information as needed.
- Link Songs with Same Melody: If multiple songs share the same melody, you can link them together. This is useful for quickly finding alternative lyrics or related hymns during a service.
Bible Projection
Easily display Bible verses for readings, sermons, or study groups.

- Quick Search: Find specific passages or keywords directly within the Bible. For example, type "John 3:16" or "love is patient".
- Verse Selection: Navigate through books, chapters, and select specific verses or ranges of verses to display, as shown above.
- Multiple Bible Versions: Fihirana Tahiry supports various Bible versions. You can switch between available versions based on your preference or the needs of your audience. (Ensure you have the desired versions installed or available within the software).
Advanced Search: Words and Phrases
Beyond standard song and Bible searches, Fihirana Tahiry allows you to search for any given word or phrase across your entire library (songs and Bible texts). (The general search bar can be used for this, often found at the top or within specific search tabs).
- This feature is particularly useful for thematic preparations, finding all occurrences of a specific term, or quickly locating a passage when you only remember a fragment.
- The search results will display all instances where the word or phrase appears, allowing you to select the relevant item for projection.
Text Animations & Personalization
Enhance your presentations with various text animation options and personalization features.

- Fihirana Tahiry offers different animation styles for how text appears on the screen (e.g., fade-in, slide-in, bounce).
- The toolbar (shown above) allows you to customize:
- Text Appearance: Font, color, size, alignment (left, center, right), bold, italics.
- Backgrounds (Fonds): Change background images or videos.
- Animations & Effects: Apply various entrance and emphasis animations to the text.
- These settings can typically be configured within the software's display options or preferences to add a dynamic and professional visual element to your projections.
